Q & A Day: How do you find time for yourself in the day-to-day?

Besides my non-negotiables of exercise and meditation, I try to break away from the computer at least once or twice throughout the day. Sometimes that’s a few handstand push-ups, an interpretive dance party, or a walk to get coffee. Today it was a book and my yoga mat in the park.

I leave you with this: Make sure your self care regimen offers some quality you time, preferably device-less; you’ll be a better parent, better employee, better boss, better student, and all around better person.
