I listened to an interview with Scott Dismore the other day and he was asked how he prepared for his TED Talk.
Turns out, he had four days to prepare. He’d gotten the call when someone dropped out. He missed the dress rehearsal. The microphone in his ear fell out half way through his speech. He was a hot mess, he recalled.
1,700,000 views later and soaring, Scott Dismore addressed the question everyone is wondering: How to find and do work that you love.
His speech isn’t 100% polished, there are no bells and whistles, he is not a super well-known guy attracting viewers just because. Instead, he spoke with purpose. His passion is palpable. His message simple–live your legend.
I leave you with this: Take Scott’s Should I Quit Test. You never know what you might find out … including, the questions you should be asking.
