January’s Push, Squat, Core Challenge, or more affectionately known as #PSC100, was such a hit that we’ve decided to continue into February taking the challenge to a whole new level.
What began as sort of a family dare over Christmas, turned into 75+ participants on FB going for 100 push-ups, 100 squats, and 100 core daily.
The accountability of the group has been awesome. I’m a trainer and I’ve given up on this challenge twice in the past, but not with this crew!
We post pics and vids and quotes and we even have a poet among us to keep each other going. It’s kind of the cutest, if you ask me–and you should always ask me;)
This month, we’re getting funky with the challenge, and we want YOU!
Girls, hit your, “Hallelujah!”
I know we all need accountability on meditation–so we’re going for 5 min. daily. I will be posting all sorts of help: apps, music, guided, etc.
We’re keeping the fitness piece– 10 x (1 min.) I’m envisioning explosive 1 min., but we’re leaving plenty of room for interpretations. Burpees, jump squats, plyo push-ups, planks, sky’s the limit. No worries … plenty of recommendations on those too.
And lastly, kindness. 1 extra kind thing each day. That can be anything from writing a thank you note, to helping an old lady with her groceries, taking a neighbor to the store, you name it. I will be giving suggestions, but again … sky’s the limit. The group benefits just by you telling us what you did, or how it impacted you/them. It’s winning all around!
Have friends that you think would enjoy the challenge? Well, they’re invited too. Totally free, totally fun, and all for the love.
I leave you with this: Join here. Well, because there’s really no reason why you shouldn’t.
