Painting the Town Pink

Have a great day!

This February challenge doesn’t appear to have the same following as the January PSC, but those who are participating seem to be benefiting just as much, if not more.

I’ve been giving some basic suggestions for meditation (5 min), fitness (10 min) and a fun way to amp up the kindness factor each day.

Today’s kindness action was to distribute positive post-its, an idea I borrowed from Pam Grout’s E Cubed.

While on the slow train this morning, I scribbled quotes and silly sunshine notes on a stack of post-its and then went to town, beginning in Union Square just after yoga, planting the positivity.

And as in most kindness acts, I totally benefited too. I was embarrassed and shy at first, but once I got going, boy, I didn’t want to stop. I was on a mission, dammit. A mission for smiles.

I leave you with this: There is still plenty of time to join the challenge if you’d like. It costs nothing, but there’s plenty to gain;)

Much Love,

Well you rock right back, Pam. I’ve gifted all my clients your book, which is starting to make me question my practice. Maybe you should just coach them and I’ll go travel and write;)

Love your work. Keep doing your thang, sister!!
