So, naturally, yesterday began my birthday weekend. Because we don’t just have a day anymore;)
I scheduled a Kundalini class to start the year off right. But, as things go, I took the wrong train and was nearly late. Yet, because I was on Einsteinian time … it all worked out just fine;) A brisk jog from the Q Train never hurt a 36 and 364-day-year-old.
Right in the middle of the warm-up, we stood for a swan dive stretch, down and up. It lasted the duration of this song.
I always do.
I can’t help it. I’m so blessed.
And let’s be real, how can you not cry to “Hallelujah?” Especially this cover?
Last night was sushi surprise with the fam, and today Elisa spoiled me with pancakes in bed, fun sporty gifts and an afternoon of snowy Brooklyn beboppin’.
I also got this Note From the Universe, and even though it’s canned and everyone gets it, I loved it, and wished we could all wake up to a note like this every morning. I suppose without the “happy birthday” part because that would get annoying …
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, kat!
PS … A rare
two spots one spot has opened in my coaching practice. If you or someone you know could benefit from an accountability partner, kind and loving bullshit detector, and mindfulness-centered biz/life/relationship coach, do holler back–asap. I’m booking initial consultations as early as this week.
